I’m a clueless aunt looking for some advice.

Dear Amy: My little nephew (age 4 1/2) is very smart, but seems dysregulated quite often. He often runs around in small circles for about 10 minutes screaming, and can only focus for very short amounts of times, avoids eye contact, and often does not respond when spoken to directly.

The High Plains Journal

There is major paper in town besides the “Dodge City Globe.” Though it has a very large number of subscribers, it is no longer in direct competition with the Globe. This newspaper has been published since 1883 under different names, including the “Dodge City Democrat,” the “Journal-Democrat,” “Dodge City Kansas Journal” and “Dodge City Daily Journal.” Starting in 1919 it started its 30 plus year stretch as the “Dodge City Journal.” During World War II, future Journal owner, Joe Berkley came from Chicago to train French pilots at the Dodge City Army Airfield.
